    Return/Cancellation/Refund and Exchange Policy

    At EdyCurve, we strive to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or cancel your order, and we are here to assist you with that. Please read our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy carefully.

    1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [number of days] days from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or use the designated returns portal on our website. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within [number of days] days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
    2. Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1hr hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
    3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. If you have returned an item and have not received a refund within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exceptions: Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Order below 400$ can-not be refunded. We reserve the right to amend this Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
